3. Products & Pricing
- Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor differences.
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include no sales tax except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing if the actual price differs.
- Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe and PayPal at the time of order.
- You agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information.
- Order confirmation is sent upon successful payment and constitutes acceptance.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us at hello@kozyflydecor.com or call (307) 507-4006 as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed for shipping, you will need to follow our return process instead.
After Shipping: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery per our Returns & Refund Policy.
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

10. Limitation of Liability
